The cotton is actually soft against my neck, not scratchy like the plain straps were. Been using it on daily walks and it catches all the drool so I'm not washing the whole carrier every other day.

My daughter soaks through everything, but these cotton covers keep the straps dry through a whole grocery run. They stay put on the carrier straps instead of sliding around like the muslin cloth I was using before.

I was skeptical about buying drool covers, but this one stays put even when my little one is thrashing around, and the cotton feels super soft against my neck. The strap stays clean all day, which is a win in my book.
